Kit for pneumatic engagement of the rear axle lock Toyota Land Cruiser J9 / J12
The kit allows you to replace the electric motor that engages the rear axle lock with a pneumatic actuator controlled by a pneumatic valve or a solenoid valve, a simple and reliable solution. To power the actuator, you need a compressor for blocking the ARB, or a suspension compressor that pumps min. 5atm. The assembly consists in unscrewing the electric motor, replacing the lock shifter pin and screwing in the actuator, distributing the power cables (6mm) can be done without dismantling the bridge, available in a version with a manual (pneumatic) valve or a solenoid valve that allows you to control an electric switch (e.g. a factory lock switch). May require moving the reaction bar under the headstock.
