Delivery

 The Product delivery term to the Customer is:
     For shipments sent within Europe up to 5 Business Days;
     For shipments outside Europe up to 7 Business Days;
     For customised products up to 30 Business Days;
The delivery period indicated above is a maximum, unless a shorter period is indicated in the description      of the Product or during the Order placement process. In the case of Products with different delivery  times, the delivery time shall be the longest period stated, which shall not, however, exceed 30 Business Days. The start of the deadline for delivery of the Product to the Customer is calculated as follows:
If the Customer chooses to pay by bank transfer, electronic payment or payment card - from the date of crediting the Seller's bank account or settlement account.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
