The structure of the bumper is made of 4mm thick steel, and the mountings to the frame are 5mm thick. The product is first laser cut, then bent on a CNC press brake, and the correct shape is obtained during manual finishing. The next stage is anti-corrosion protection consisting in applying a powder zinc primer and powder coating giving the bumper its final appearance.
This bumper has mounting holes for shackle handles, two holes for a hi-lift jack and holes for mounting a canister and spare wheel. The solid steel structure allows the full use of the bumper in the field.
The bumper significantly improves the off-road comfort, improves safety and its appearance gives the car the right character.
In the set you will find all the necessary elements for assembly.
The set does not include the shackle holders
As standard, our products are painted mat black RAL 9005 with a fine structure. It is possible to order in other color variants from the RAL palette.
There is a dedicated wheel holder for the bumper:
Spare wheel carrier for NISSAN PATROL GU4 dedicated to the F4x4 bumper. The fastening structure is made of 4mm thick sheet metal.
